While Vietnam is now a well-established route on the traveler circuit, it isn’t too hard to get to the quieter, more authentic towns that have seemingly passed the time unscathed. Lyndi’s first trip to Vietnam in 2004 was much more extensive, and she knew she had to bring Aaron back for a few highlights. The country holds important cultural, culinary and scenic stops that make it worthwhile, but it’s historical significance should not be overlooked.
