Norway

Scandanavian Paradise

Some people are drawn to new places by the beautiful beaches, delicious food or vibrant cities. We are drawn to travel by landscapes and outdoor adventures – for which Norway has few parallels. Though we traveled there in the off-season when many beautiful hikes were still covered in snow, the mountains, fjords and oceans were accessible, uncrowded and forever seared in our minds. It’s an expensive country for “flashpacker” budgets, but well worth the splurge for the stunning panoramas and endless natural attractions.
